Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. Styles include Salsa, Merengue, Reggaton and many more. One of the most fun ways to exercise, dancing to great music. Come and join the party!!

Metafit
Metafit is a 30 minute high intensity work out which burns fat, boosts metabolism and improves strength, speed and cardiovascular fitness. It uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles which means you get better results in a much shorter space of time. It is a body weight workout and can keep burning calories for as long as 24 hours after the session.
Personal Training
Personal Training is training sessions designed for specific individuals to help them achieve their goals. Examples of goals could be weight loss, weight/muscle gain, to run a 5k, to run a marathon, or to simply to improve overall fitness and feel better. Get in touch for more details.


Zumba Kids
Zumba Kids is an energetic dance workout for kids from the age of 4 years. Child-friendly & fun choreography without the pressure of gradings and competitions. The class also includes kids games and group dancing.
